We are bombarded with a whole lot of misinformation regarding what we should be eating. My advice is simple, if there is a commercial for it, you probably shouldn't be eating it. It really amazes me how curious kids are about cooking and in what is in the food they eat. It is up to us to give them the power to make good choices and eat well.
